60 Riserva ist ein intensiv Geschmack Grappa. Und wenn der hohe Alkoholgehalt Respekt verlangt, es akzentuiert auch die wesentlichen Aromen eines majestätischen Geschmacksprofil. Während ‚Mighty 60‘ Aktien derselben feine Nase von Zitronen- und Apfelschalen mit Nardini von 50% Grappa ‚Classic‘, macht die Eiche-aging die Wirkung am Gaumen überraschend sanft. Dann wieder gibt es feste Tabak- und Gewürznoten hinzugefügt, um das inhärenten ‚Riserva‘ Geschmacksprofil von Zimt, Bratapfel und Honig. Wie bei Bianca 60, ist die Oberfläche extrem lang. Riserva 60 is an intensely-flavoured grappa. And if the high alcohol content demands respect, it also accentuates the essential flavours of a majestic taste profile. While ‚Mighty 60‘ shares the same delicate nose of lemon and apple skins with Nardini’s ‚Classic‘ 50% grappa, the oak-ageing makes the effect on the palate surprisingly gentle. Then again, there are firm tobacco and spice notes added to the inherent ‚Riserva‘ taste profile of cinnamon, baked apple and honey. As with Bianca 60, the finish is extremely long. Alongside an espresso, a dark cigar and an obligatory iced water, this grappa delivers an experience to be cherished. The cigar being optional of course.
